This is "MY STOP" in that route from upstate New York into Quebec! I always look forward to coming here and getting the best Panera has to offer. Panera is my favorite chain but some of them are terrible because the service makes for an unwelcoming experience. I enjoy this one and get excited as I approach Plattsburgh!

Gave 4 stars because a handful of times while ordering for pickup items were missing and I've even got a sandwich and a cookie that were burt in my pickup order. However, my experience has been more pleasant than bad. Managers are quick to fix the mess up! Employees and atmosphere are good as well!

Food is great, service is good. The atmosphere can be a little chaotic, especially when it's busy. The only issue I had was the tables aren't wiped down as often I would like.

Every time I come here they are either out of food or they give me an entirely incorrect order. For instance, one time I ordered pasta and they didn't notify me that they did not have it in stock until they delivered my girlfriend's food to the table. Today I ordered a steak and arugula sandwich (which I decided on after trying to select 3 different menu items which were missing one or more components. One ingredient they were out of was bacon) and received a soggy veggie sandwich instead.

Plattsburgh store is my favorite. Counter people are always so pleasant and helpful. Mobile ordering is so easy and convenient. Food is always fresh and great quality. Later hours see fewer options available.

Chicken noodle soup for brunch? Sure why notΓ°ΕΈΒ€Βͺ Mocha and cheese and egg sandwich are mine. My niece is big fan of their chicken soup. Food is good and employees are really kind . They missed one of my order of soup and when i brought this up to the manager he offered us the missed item for free of cost. I offered to pay but he told that it was their responsibility to have carefully noted the ordered and refused to bill one of our chicken noodle soup Γ’ΛΒΉΓ―ΒΈΒ Thanks much for nice experience.

Clean and friendly location. Wait for food was about 5 minutes. Ordered the pick two; french onion soup and the Modern Greek Salad w Quinoa. Fresh, hot and delicious. Definitely recommend.

I'm a big fan of Panera, and have gone on numerous occasions for a great meal there. However, this most recent time did not live-up to what I typically expect from a Panera meal. I ordered their Classic Grilled Cheese sandwich to-go; went to eat it shortly after and found that the bread was not grilled at all, but that the cheese in the middle had been melted and put together with the other piece of bread. It was still tasty, but definitely not what I expected from Panera. I'll be visiting them again though!

Always a good meal at Panera, they use fresh ingredients and it's always fast. Today I had a French onion bread bowl and half of a Mediterranean veggie sandwich. Real good. Real easy to order either online or at the kiosk by the door, but the cashiers are great too, so let them help you too.

I guess people don't set the bar very high in Plattsburgh. Overpriced, small portions, for bread which is cheap! Seriously invest in a grilled cheese maker and some ham from Aldi's it tastes better! Γ°ΕΈβΒ³Γ’β¬ΒΓ’β’βΓ―ΒΈΒ
